Hands-On Finance Director for Multi-Site Growth

HW Finance seeks a Finance Director for Yorkshire with a six-figure package. This role requires a hands-on leader who will work across multiple sites, building close relationships with site leaders, customers and suppliers to understand how money is earned.

You will head the finance function, delivering reporting, forecasting, controls and compliance while closely partnering with operational teams on stock, cash and performance. M&A and integration of smaller businesses form part of the remit.
