Insignis in South East London seeks a Senior Industrialisation Engineer to lead the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes into production on a weekend day shift pattern. This permanent role focuses on high-reliability, technically complex products with Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts totaling 33 hours per week.
You will drive NPI from development to production, develop mechanical manufacturing solutions, and create robust process documentation.
