Overview

In Leeds or Manchester, join Deloitte’s transfer pricing team to help multinational and UK groups optimise TP policies, documentation and compliance. You will lead planning, design and implementation, work with HMRC on APAs/MAPs, and support cross‑functional teams across markets. You’ll shape solutions, mentor juniors and contribute to a growing practice in a collaborative culture with strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage and support TP planning, policy design and implementation, and compliance programmes
  • Lead functional analysis interviews and perform economic analyses
  • Review master and local file documentation based on functional and economic analyses
  • Collaborate with clients and HMRC on advance pricing agreements and enquiries
  • Partner with clients to address operational TP challenges and support post‑acquisition actions
  • Grow the TP practice by developing new services and analytical tools
  • Contribute to the national TP learning programme and mentor junior team members

Key requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) within transfer pricing
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and problem‑solving within TP
  • Strong client relationship management in transfer pricing
  • Experience working in structured project teams and managing timelines
  • Willingness to take on more responsibility and varied TP work
  • Desirable: CTA or equivalent qualification
