Group Tax Director: Own Strategy & Growth

RJA-Consulting is seeking a senior tax leader to own the group tax function from day one, reporting to the CFO and partnering with senior stakeholders. The role involves building a robust tax framework to drive growth and reduce external dependency.

You will oversee strategy across corporate tax, VAT, and related taxes while progressively bringing more capability in-house and maintaining strong external advisor relationships.
