Overview

In this role you will drive land acquisition and development delivery in Surrey, managing projects from initial acquisition through planning to operational handover. You will own developments ranging from 40 to 200+ units, including flats, townhouses and houses, delivering schemes at target value per unit. You will work to secure sites and shepherd them through planning to delivery, contributing to the company’s continued growth in the SA region. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a diversified development pipeline within a respected, long-established developer.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure development sites via acquisitions
• Lead development management from planning through to handover
• Manage schemes ranging 40–200+ units including flats and houses
• Drive schemes to achieve target feasibility and unit economics
• Ensure smooth handover to production/operations
• Demonstrate track record of winning sites and delivering planning consent

Key requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in acquiring sites and delivering through planning
• Ability and drive to win sites and advance them through planning stages
