Strategic Account Director: Growth, Retention & P&L

Bidvest Noonan seeks an Account Director to act as the operational lead on a large contract. You will work closely with the onsite team and directly with Area Managers, Site Manager and Site Supervisors.

You’ll drive service standards across cleaning, windowing and Hygiene Services, retain the contract and organically grow the business while reporting monthly on P&L, compliance and safety. Strong client relationships and stakeholder management are essential.
