Alliance Growth Director – Partner GTM & Pipeline

Databricks is seeking a senior business development lead to drive partner-sourced pipeline and growth across the EMEA region. You will own motions that move partners from delivery-first to demand-driven engagement, including joint GTM campaigns and scalable co-sell programs.

You will collaborate with PSMs, PSAs, Field Marketing, and Field Sales to enable partner-driven revenue, build Joint Business Plans, and improve governance with KPI tracking and data analytics across the partner ecosystem.
