EMEA Partner Growth Director

Databricks is seeking a Partner Business Development lead for Gold-tier and Rising Silver partners in EMEA. You will drive structured demand creation and partner-sourced pipeline through joint GTM campaigns, Brickbuilder plays, and scalable co-sell execution.

Working with PSMs, PSAs, Field Marketing, and Field Sales, you will run partner workshops, implement governance, and translate Brickbuilder programs into live GTM plays that deliver industry-focused outcomes and revenue growth.
