Nurse Manager – Primary Care Leadership & Development

West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a capable Nurse Manager for Humbleyard Practice on a full-time basis. This leadership role develops our loyal nursing team and supports new-to-primary care nurses to build confidence in a busy three-site GP setting.

You will provide staff development plans, coordinate patient care, liaise with management, oversee long-term conditions care management including QOF and vaccinations, and help implement infection control policies.
