Tarmac is seeking a Senior Contracting Performance Manager to lead national continuous improvement and performance programmes. You will drive efficiency, profitability and culture change, reporting to the Contracting Performance Director and collaborating with senior leaders across the business.

You will build high-performing teams, develop performance dashboards and partner with customers, suppliers and industry bodies to unlock value for the contracting division.
