Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct operational activities across multiple locations within the assigned area.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures across all sites.
• Drive operational efficiency and productivity, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs for the area.
• Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management, with proven experience managing multiple sites or a large operational area.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Excellent understanding of operational processes and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in operational management tools and reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
