In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a specialist equity release team in Gloucester, contributing to high standards of client service. You will provide technical guidance across transactional teams and ensure SRA compliance, while maintaining strong client and introducer relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage sale, purchase and remortgage transactions
- Handle leasehold and lease extension work
- Work on new build properties and deeds of variation
- Oversee matrimonial transfers and equity release initiatives
- Address SDLT requirements, unregistered properties, restrictions and cautions on titles
- Provide technical guidance across transactional teams
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and standards
- Maintain relationships with clients and introducers
Key requirements
- 2-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
