Hotel Operations Director: Strategy, Service & Growth

Leicester Marriott is seeking a Director of Operations to join the Senior Leadership team and oversee the hotel’s operational departments, including Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen and Food & Beverage. You will drive strategic direction and ensure a flawless guest experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead Operational Managers, shape revenue strategies, manage budgets and headcount, and foster a high-performance culture across the hotel.
