Senior Lead Art Director: Athlete Storytelling & Editorial

onrunning is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead in Art Direction to shape athlete storytelling and commercial editorial imagery within the Brand Assets team. You will own projects end-to-end, guiding visual direction across photography, film and emerging formats to ensure outputs are distinctive and On-branded.

The role requires 8+ years in art direction, a strong portfolio across sport and lifestyle, and leadership of shoots from concept to delivery.
