Senior Legal Counsel – SaaS, Global Growth & Leadership

OneAdvanced, a UK-based SaaS and professional services group, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Commercial Legal Team on a permanent basis in Birmingham. You will lead a small team, provide strategic advice, and oversee complex contracts across the UK, Ireland and APAC.

You will draft, negotiate MSAs, DPAs, supplier and partner agreements; ensure GDPR compliance; mentor staff; and collaborate with sales, product and finance to enable growth while managing risk.
