Senior Field Sales Lead – Motor Dealers (Midlands & North)

Finclusion is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Sales to build our dealer network and funded business across the UK, with emphasis on the Midlands and North. This is not a desk-based role and does not involve managing a large team.

You will identify, onboard and develop high-quality motor dealers, manage relationships from first contact to activation, and drive funded volumes while collaborating with executives and commercial teams to shape dealer acquisition strategy.
