The Company:

OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing UK IPP delivering utility-scale renewables and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Delivery Manager.

As Delivery Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from financial close through to O&M handover.

n

• £70,000 – £80,000 salary range + 10-20% bonus.

What you will be doing:

n

n
• Lead end-to-end delivery of renewables and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.

n

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers etc.

n

• Oversee EPC contractors to ensure compliance with contractual scope.

n

• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants across multiple work streams.

n

• Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and local communities.

n

• Conduct site visits and attend external meetings/events.

n

• Monitor and verify commissioning processes (FAT/SAT/SIT).

n

• Prepare reports for senior leadership and board-level review.

n

• General support of the delivery team and aiding in continuous improvement of delivery processes.

What you will bring:

n

n
• 3+ years experience in renewables, energy infrastructure, or BESS projects.

n

• Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 desirable).

n

• Experience working with contractors, landowners, and external stakeholders.

n

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

n

• Familiarity with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).

n

• Knowledge of grid connections and UK energy infrastructure (desirable).

n

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

n

• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
