UK & DE Brand Leader (Hybrid) – Growth & Campaigns

Bloom & Wild is seeking a senior Brand Lead to own UK and Germany brand strategy, positioning and campaigns. You will report to the CMO and guide a cross-functional team to drive growth, build awareness and challenger-brand status.

This 12-month FTC maternity cover is based in London with hybrid working (2–3 days in the Vauxhall office). You’ll manage budget, lead a multi-disciplinary team across PR, social, content, partnerships and influencers.
