Director, Technical Success & AI Outcomes

Zscaler is seeking a Director, Technical Success Management to lead a high-performing team and own regional customer success outcomes. This hybrid role reports to the VP of Customer Success and focuses on elevating leadership capabilities and driving strategic outcomes for enterprise customers.

You will build executive relationships, collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Professional Services, and scale success programs to improve retention, adoption, and platform value across the region.
