Strategic Sales Lead – AI-Driven Regulated Advisory

JCW Group is hiring a Sales and Business Development Lead to build Guided Solutions, a new consulting and advisory practice inside the firm, focusing on workforce strategy, AI and organisational change.

You will own the full sales cycle across the US and UK, convert existing JCW relationships into buyers, engage VP and C-suite stakeholders, and help shape the proposition with market feedback and storytelling.
