As a Strategic Sourcing & Value Capture Consultant, Senior Manager, you drive cost savings and procurement efficiency by optimizing sourcing strategies and supplier collaboration. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
• Analyze client sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for supplier optimization
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage supplier relationships and strengthen supply chain resilience
• Utilize procurement software like SAP Ariba and Coupa to streamline operations
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reductions and improve performance
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure contractual compliance
• Provide guidance on digital procurement solutions and strategic sourcing frameworks
• Coach and mentor teams to solve complex procurement challenges
• Apply systems thinking to uncover procurement process improvements

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher
• 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba and Coupa for procurement
• Strong experience in procurement and contract negotiations
• Excellent supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing capabilities
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguous, challenging procurement scenarios
• Yes to professional certifications (CSCMP, APICS, or ISM) preferred – not required to proceed
