Responsibilities
- Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies
- Providing accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Proactively tracking cost variances and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications
- Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, and value engineering
- Managing contract change to stay within governance and best practices
- Driving improvements in forecast and budget accuracy
Key requirements
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject – ideal but not required to be explicit
- Professional body membership or equivalent – ideally held or in progress – unknown
- Contract Management experience (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)
