General Manager — Drive Growth, Team & Guest Experience

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a motivated General Manager to run one of our busy centres. You’ll lead a team to deliver a safe, fun and vibrant environment for guests while driving profitability across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You will manage a budget of at least £1m, uphold the highest service standards, and nurture staff through coaching and development, in a fast-paced, customer‑focused setting.
