Casual Bank-Cover Chef for Community Kitchen

BHT Sussex is seeking a Bank Cover Worker – Chef for First Base Day Centre in Brighton. You will prepare and serve hot meals to clients, drawing on experience in a professional kitchen and strong food-safety knowledge.

You will undertake Food Safety Level 2 and Allergy Awareness training, create meals that meet dietary needs, and assist with meal planning, stock rotation and ordering. A casual, zero-hours role offers supportive teamwork and skill development.
