Job Description:
Telford and Wrekin Council is seeking a Children’s Qualified Social Worker (PO2) or Experienced Social Worker (PO3) for the 14+ Children in/Leaving Care Team. The role focuses on safeguarding and intervening with looked-after children and those transitioning to Leaving Care, with strong collaboration across teams.
We offer full-time and part-time (22 hours) contracts and support progression through established safeguarding practices and ongoing professional development.
