Head Chef – Live-In, Creative Menus & Fresh Seafood

Crown and Anchor in Dell Quay, near Chichester, seeks a Head Chef to lead its seafood-led kitchen operation. You will oversee multiple kitchens, design seasonal menus and drive exceptional service with a 20+ strong team, across high-volume service.

We offer up to 60K annually (50K plus 10K service charge) with Live In and opportunities to shape menus, plus development programmes and chef forums.
