Hozah Ltd, a tech-led parking and urban mobility company in London, is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to own recruitment across the business. You will set interview standards, shape the hiring plan with the CEO and Head of People, and ensure timely delivery against growth targets.

You will manage the ATS, deliver a fast, respectful candidate journey, and drive live processes end-to-end while aligning hiring decisions with company culture. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
