HR Business Partner – Data-Driven, Hybrid, AI-Savvy

Cambridge Consultants is seeking a commercially minded HR Business Partner on a 12‑month maternity cover. The role spans the full employee lifecycle, coaching managers, and advising on employee relations.

You will help become a more data-led People function with AI-driven insights, while maintaining strong relationships across the business. You’ll spend most weeks in hybrid work, with three days in the office and some days requiring full-time presence depending on projects.
