Domiciliary Care Registered Manager – CQC Improvement/Turnaround

Overview

As Interim Registered Manager you will lead operational excellence for a domiciliary care provider, driving CQC improvement, governance, and stability. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, care plans, risk assessments, and medicines documentation while implementing an evidence-based improvement plan. You will work hands-on with staff and on-call arrangements to ensureQuality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day domiciliary operations, staffing rosters and on-call arrangements
• Review and improve care plans, risk assessments and medicines documentation
• Lead the CQC improvement/action plan and monitor progress
• Strengthen audits, governance and quality assurance processes
• Conduct staff competency checks, training, and supervision
• Ensure improvements are implemented and evidenced in documentation and practice
