Associate Director Digital Engineering, Product Engineering and Development

Overview

As Associate Director in the PE&D team, you lead Digital Engineering and PLM projects for client and internal initiatives. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery across assessment, strategy and implementation, guiding diverse teams and stakeholders. You shape optimized engineering processes and help clients achieve a mature PLM-enabled vision. You’ll contribute to thought leadership, client engagement, and internal capability building within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects across assessment, strategy and implementation phases with cross-functional teams
• Lead requirements definition workshops with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and objectives
• Develop optimized engineering processes aligned to Deloitte’s pre-configured methodologies
• Support business development through sales activity, bid responses and thought-leadership materials
• Mentor and develop internal teams and lead internal initiatives

Key requirements

• Background in engineering or PLM (technical or functional)
• Knowledge of Digital Engineering toolchain (requirements management, MBSE, ALM, SAM)
• Experience managing teams in project settings
• Quick learner of new technologies to meet evolving client needs
• Comfort working with diverse, hybrid teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Eligibility for UK SC Clearance (desirable)
