Overview
In this role you will lead Malt’s pricing, packaging and GTM strategy, acting as the internal authority on value-based monetisation and market positioning. You will partner with Product, Finance, Operations and Sales to translate product value into scalable revenue models and to drive willingness-to-pay insights. You’ll shape segmentation and messaging, build competitive intelligence, and enable cross-functional teams to execute market-facing initiatives. This role offers the chance to impact revenue, market penetration and customer value in a fast-growing, people-centered platform.

Responsibilities
- Own global pricing and packaging strategy, fee structures, and monetisation models end-to-end
- Drive ongoing pricing redesigns and translate frameworks into actionable plans and configurations
- Conduct willingness-to-pay research, market benchmarking, and value analysis to refine tiering and add-ons
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations and Sales to update pricing models and contract terms
- Align monetisation with key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention)
- Partner with Product Management to inform product roadmap with market, pricing and competitive insights
- Develop customer personas, segmentation and messaging frameworks; create sales collateral
- Build competitive intelligence function, implement tools (e.g., Crayon), and translate competitive insights into guidance
- Create battlecards and objection-handling tools for field sales
- Manage analyst relations and translate analyst feedback into strategic marketing collateral
Key requirements
- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS product marketing or strategy with deep pricing, packaging, monetisation and willingness-to-pay expertise
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Product, Commercial, and Finance
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
- Adaptable communicator; effective across multi-cultural teams and varying seniority
