Overview

In this role you will derive data-driven insights to guide Wise Business Squad’s strategy for the Multi-User Access feature. You will define goals and KPIs, prioritise high-impact opportunities, and support fast, high-quality product decisions across cross-functional teams. You’ll build automated data pipelines and dashboards to enable self-serve analytics and unblock critical product choices, including risk and pricing considerations. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape product adoption for larger business customers in a fast-paced environment.

Pay / Benefits

  • Salary: 75,000 – 115,000

Responsibilities

  • Derive actionable insights from data to drive team strategy and inform product decisions
  • Establish goals, define KPIs, and develop narratives to track progress
  • Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities and advocate for better alternatives
  • Ensure accurate, impactful decision making with high-quality analysis and improved A/B testing
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to enable data self-serve
  • Own cross-team projects to unblock critical product decisions (e.g., fraud risk, pricing models)

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of analytical experience with strong data analysis skills
  • Expertise in SQL with ability to write clear, performant queries
  • Experience building/owning automated data pipelines (DBT/Airflow)
  • Experience running and analysing A/B tests
  • Independent, proactive work style in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to craft dashboards and visuals with diagnostic power
