Overview

In this role, you will bridge data, product strategy, and operational excellence to support high-volume transfers. You’ll help clarify customer requirements, reduce friction, and improve reliability across the transfer journey. You will work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track impact, and shape a scalable, high-quality customer experience. The role offers the chance to influence growth by making services more predictable and efficient, directly affecting retention and revenue. You will operate in a fast-paced fintech environment focused on enabling seamless, borderless money movement.

Pay / Benefits

  • Salary: 75,000 – 115,000
  • Company Restricted Stock Units

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical capacity for critical workstreams in the Send pod
  • Drive insight generation and impact tracking to improve transfer verification and reduce friction
  • Analyze and shape strategies to improve response times and service quality, scaling support operations
  • Define and monitor KPIs for new product features and their impact on conversion, engagement, and stickiness
  • Support growth by increasing product reliability and service efficiency to influence retention and expansion

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python)
  • Experience conducting regular A/B tests and causal analyses to measure impact of product changes
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers to set KPIs and monitor feature impact
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; bias to action
