Overview
In this role you own cost management for major infrastructure programmes, partnering with clients and contractors to ensure financial discipline and successful delivery. You will lead contract administration and forecast-driven reporting, shaping outcomes on high-profile infrastructure projects. With NEC contract experience, you’ll identify commercial risks and guide change and cash flow. You will work closely with stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the firm’s growth in infrastructure services and leadership development.

Responsibilities
- Lead cost management and contract administration across major infrastructure commissions
- Drive forecast accuracy, budget control, and cost reporting through to final account
- Manage NEC contracts (Option C experience highly valued)
- Identify and manage commercial risk, change, and cash flow
- Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels
- Support and mentor junior team members as your career progresses
Key requirements
- Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure, civil Engineering, or major programmes
- Strong NEC contract knowledge (Option C preferred)
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject
- MRICS qualified or working towards it (supported by us)
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills
