Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with residential conveyancing matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity; oversee new build transactions
• Play an active role in business development and building new client relationships
• Support and manage a demanding workload within a busy department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service

Key requirements

• 2 years PQE or NQ with two years paralegal residential property experience
• strong technical ability in conveyancing
• experience with new build transactions is essential
• based in central London and able to handle a varied caseload
