Cleaning Supervisor – Growth & Training Opportunities

Churchill Group is looking for a Cleaning Group Supervisor to oversee cleaning across University Buildings in PO1, working a 30-hour week in split shifts (6.30 am–9.30 am and 4.30 pm–7.30 pm). The role is permanent and pays £13.50 per hour.

You will support the Site/Account Manager, ensure standards, and play an active role in training staff and liaising with clients to maintain service quality and policy adherence.
