Director, Workday Governance & Process Excellence – EMEA

Omnicom Group is seeking a Director for Workday Integrity & Continuous Improvement – EMEA. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to ensure Workday data, controls, and processes are effective, compliant, and scalable across the region.

You will lead governance, standardization, and data quality initiatives, while supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and regional deployments. Strong leadership and global/regional collaboration are essential.
