Electronic Monitoring Field Officer – Car & Flexible Shifts

Serco in Stevenage is seeking an Electronic Monitoring Field Officer to visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment, often working solo or with a Monitoring Support Officer. You’ll help ensure safety and support through a hands-on role in the justice system.

The role involves a rotating shift pattern with an average 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Training is provided with emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and flexible working where feasible.
