Overview

In this role you will manage digital project information to ensure accuracy, accessibility and compliance across the project lifecycle. You will administer Common Data Environments (CDE) and support project teams, suppliers and clients with information handling and document control. You will produce status dashboards and provide SME guidance, training and troubleshooting for information systems. This role connects security and standards (ISO 19650) with practical delivery, helping projects run smoothly and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating receipt, validation, classification, distribution, workflow and retrieval of project information
  • Administering and supporting the implementation of Common Data Environments
  • Establishing and monitoring information exchange processes and file naming protocols
  • Acting as a point of contact for project teams, suppliers, consultants and clients for information management or CDE support
  • Producing project status reports and dashboards on information compliance, RFIs and technical submissions
  • Maintaining accurate and reliable digital information across projects
  • Providing training and troubleshooting support for CDE-related systems and attending meetings as SME

Key requirements

  • CDE management and administration experience (Viewpoint for Projects/4Projects)
  • Digital or hard-copy document control
  • BIM and digital construction concepts
  • Information management standards including awareness of ISO 19650
  • Information security
  • Construction and design management processes
  • Knowledge of Dalux is advantageous
  • Organised and detail-focused
  • Strong communication with project teams and stakeholders
  • Confidence in training and supporting others
  • Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects)
  • Common Data Environment administration
