Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales/purchases, freehold/leasehold, new builds)
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Utilise digital case management systems to streamline work and improve service delivery
- Support the team in handling complex residential transactions
Key requirements
- 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
