Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will drive commercial delivery on large residential schemes for a long-established contractor. You will work within a team to ensure projects are built to specification, on time and within budget, coordinating with site managers and clients. This role focuses on tendering, cost control, and stakeholder management to support repeat business and project success. The position offers growth as the company expands its residential portfolio in North West London. You will contribute to high-quality, scalable housing developments.

Responsibilities

• Project manage delivery of high-quality residential developments
• Prepare and manage tenders and maintain client communication throughout
• Ensure projects meet specification, time, and budget targets
• Coordinate with site managers and key staff to control delivery

Key requirements

• Track record with a contractor or refurbishment contractor on residential schemes
• Degree qualification or construction qualification/experience
• Excellent all-round commercial skills
• Willingness to commute to North West London
