Youth Support Worker — Flexible Shifts & Growth

Paragon Social Care is seeking Children’s Support Workers to provide safe, stable care for young people in care. You’ll offer thoughtful, consistent support, help build trust, and foster a sense of normality in daily life.

A driving licence and access to a car are preferred; DBS enhanced check is required; NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care is helpful but not essential. The role offers competitive hourly pay, training, and opportunities to progress.
