Senior IT Applications & Infrastructure Support

Our Bank client in Central London is seeking a seasoned IT professional with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in 2nd line support. The role covers troubleshooting, knowledge-base documentation, and general IT service delivery including imaging, config, and AD management.

The candidate will act as a central point for IT queries, following ITIL practices, and coordinate with London team and external vendors on migrations and lifecycle projects.
