Sky is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to help lead the delivery of legal strategy within the newsroom’s digital transformation. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, advise on risk, and collaborate with editorial, product and technology teams.
The role requires strong PQE in commercial law, direct experience with senior stakeholders, and a pragmatic, business-focused approach. Hybrid working with three days in the office per week is in place.
