Head of Service Operations — Lead Unified Service Desk

Softcat plc is looking for a Head of Service Operations to lead the Unified Service Desk and build the Service Operations team from the ground up. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for operational control of live services and will work closely with various teams to ensure service levels are met.
