Overview
In this role you drive growth and transformation for UKIMEA across Hybrid Cloud Solutions as a member of a high-impact leadership team. You will shape regional strategy, lead multi-country sales organizations, and ensure disciplined pipeline management to expand market share. You’ll build consultative relationships with key accounts and partners while guiding the Hybrid Cloud portfolio to regional needs. This position offers an opportunity to influence how UKIMEA modernizes IT with edge-to-cloud technology and to lead through change in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth, market share, and revenue across UKIMEA
- Lead and develop multi-country sales teams and mentors for region
- Set and manage sales quotas and ensure pipeline discipline
- Build strong consultative relationships with key customer accounts and partners
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Oversee the Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio tailored to regional needs
- Lead transformation initiatives across the UKIMEA region
- Collaborate with executive management on strategic direction
- Manage resource planning, workforce development, and succession planning
- Foster a high-performance sales culture with measurable results
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years in technology industry with at least 5 years in progressive sales leadership
- Proven track record in driving growth and transformation across multi-country environments
- Experience managing P&L, setting strategy, and leading sales for high-value, technical solutions
