Senior Associate Planner – Major Projects & Growth Path

Vivid Resourcing is recruiting for an Associate Planner / Associate Partner in the Chelmsford/Saffron Walden area of Essex. You will lead major planning applications and appeals from inception to determination, with client exposure and opportunities for partnership progression.

The role requires 5–10+ years’ planning experience, a strong technical grounding, excellent report-writing and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior planners while delivering against budgets and timelines.
