Head of Scaled Marketplace Acquisition & AM

JD.com’s Joybuy POP operates across the UK, Germany, France and Benelux. We seek a Director to own the full seller lifecycle at scale—acquisition, onboarding and ongoing account management across four markets. This is a build role focused on scalable processes and operating models.

You’ll design the tooling and team structure to grow the seller base 5–10x while managing costs, integrating cross-functional partners, and shaping the go-to-market in a fast-evolving environment.
