Betting Shop Customer Service Leader

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead daily customer service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships to drive repeat business.

The role involves taking bets, processing cash transactions, demonstrating products and terminals, and handling customer concerns with empathy. Shifts include early mornings and weekends with a 20-hour weekly rota.
