FMCG Manufacturing Manager — Lead Production & CI

Wallace Hind Selection is helping a fast-paced FMCG operation in the Basingstoke area appoint a Manufacturing Manager to own and develop production operations. You will lead a small direct team and a larger indirect group, coordinating with supply chain, warehousing and quality and reporting to the Operations Director.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, strong MES experience and a track record of delivering performance improvements in a similar setting.
